I'm Chris Labatt-Simon, and I've been building and running technology companies since 1992. Not as an advisor watching from the sidelines — as the person signing checks, closing deals, hiring teams, and staying up until 3am fixing what's broken. Three decades in, and I'm more hands-on than ever.
I built D&D Consulting from nothing to $12M in revenue, earned a spot on the Inc. 500 multiple years running, and led it through a successful acquisition. From there, I drove operational transformation and M&A as Chief Innovation Officer at Internet Marketing Ninjas, a ~150-person digital marketing firm. Most recently, I joined SureDone as COO & CFO, where I built the KPI frameworks, financial governance, and AI-driven workflows that drove 50%+ growth.
But longevity means nothing without evolution. I stay deep in the latest approaches to sales, marketing, support, onboarding, finance, app development, and AI — not because it's trendy, but because these are the levers that actually move businesses. The result is a rare combination: modern, forward-thinking strategy backed by the pattern recognition that only comes from decades of building and breaking things for real.
